Responsibilities:

• Prepare or oversee the preparation of food served, adhering to established production procedures.
• Assess the quantity and types of food and supplies needed using production systems.
• Familiarize yourself with menus, recipes, preparation methods, and presentation standards.
• Adhere to established sanitation, personal hygiene, and health standards.
• Accurately prepare all food items following standard recipes and specialized diet orders.
