Job Position Description:
This role is essential in maintaining a clean and healthy medical environment within our ancillary building. The incumbent will be responsible for performing key duties, including medical cleaning tasks and ensuring the overall sanitation of various spaces such as exam rooms, lobbies, break rooms, bathrooms, and other non-surgical procedure areas. The position requires a commitment to a schedule of five days a week, with shifts spanning a maximum of 4.5 hours per day from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM, compensated at a rate of $15 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
– Execute all cleaning tasks in accordance with designated ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
– Perform a variety of cleaning duties, including but not limited to vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, window cleaning, and the rearrangement of chairs and wheeled equipment.
– Maintain an adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
– Adhere to the use of appropriate personal protective equipment as required.
– Clean all designated areas including kitchens/break rooms, lobbies/hallways, exam rooms, offices, and bathrooms.
– Clearly signal safety hazards within the building by placing necessary signage such as “wet floor.”
