Job Summary:
We have weekend openings from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Weekday shifts are primarily from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., with exceptions from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. specifically on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. This position is ideal for college students, and employees will receive a complimentary Black Card Membership. A minimum of one weekend workday is required.

The Member Services Representative will play a crucial role in fostering a positive experience for our members by delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing outstanding customer service.
– Manage all front desk operations, including:
– Answering phones in a courteous manner and assisting callers with various inquiries.
– Checking members into the system.
– Signing up new members.
– Conducting tours for prospective members.
– Facilitating necessary updates to member accounts.
– Responding to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary.
– Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements:
– A background in customer service is preferred.
– Basic proficiency in computer usage.
– A genuine passion for fitness and health.
– An upbeat and positive attitude.
– Punctuality and reliability are essential.
– Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively and professionally with members and colleagues, surpassing member expectations.
