Key Responsibilities:
– Model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers.
– Foster a positive store culture based on honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Process customer purchases and returns accurately, following established operating procedures for cash handling.
– Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
– Uphold merchandising standards by accurately preparing merchandise for the sales floor in compliance with company procedures.
– Participate actively in store recovery efforts during your shift.
– Maintain organizational and cleanliness standards throughout the sales floor and contribute to the overall upkeep of the store.
– Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback.
– Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Support store initiatives aimed at reducing shrink.
– Engage in safety awareness and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.
– Perform other duties as assigned.
