Key Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify established customer service practices with both internal and external clients.
  • Foster a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Accurately process customer transactions, including purchases and returns, and count back change according to established procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs effectively.
  • Uphold the company’s merchandising philosophy by following outlined procedures and standards.
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Engage in store recovery activities as required throughout the day.
  • Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and recovery on the sales floor and contribute to the overall store maintenance.
  • Give and receive recognition and constructive feedback graciously.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support shrink reduction goals and initiatives.
  • Participate in safety awareness efforts to ensure a secure environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
