The primary responsibility of this role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying our customer service principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adherence to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards is essential. You may also be cross-trained to assist in various areas of the store to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
– Exemplify established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
– Foster a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Process customer purchases and returns accurately, including handling change according to established procedures.
– Encourage participation in credit and loyalty programs.
– Uphold our merchandising philosophy and adhere to established procedures and standards.
– Accurately prepare and process merchandise for the sales floor in accordance with company guidelines.
– Initiate and engage in store recovery activities as needed throughout the day.
– Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and contribute to the overall maintenance of the store.
– Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Support store shrink reduction initiatives and programs.
– Participate in safety awareness and maintain a secure environment.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.
