Job Description
Job Title: Part Time Merchandiser
Company: American Greetings
Location: Holland, MI
Pay: $12.6 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $12.60 for a Part-Time Merchandiser position in Holland, MI, is on the lower end of the pay scale for similar roles in the region. According to recent data, typical hourly wages for merchandisers in Michigan generally range from $13 to $18, depending on experience, the specific company, and local demand. While this rate may attract candidates looking for entry-level opportunities or flexible part-time work, it may not be competitive enough to retain more experienced individuals or attract quality applicants, considering the local cost of living and wage expectations. Consequently, the offered rate could benefit from a revision to align more closely with industry standards and attract a wider talent pool.
