This role provides a pathway to gaining experience as a manager on duty, setting you on the path toward a front desk leadership position. The starting pay for this overnight role is $16.50 per hour. The position is located at the Cleveland Marriott East, conveniently accessible near I-271 and Harvard & Richmond Roads. Duties include conducting audits of hotel transactions during evening shifts, greeting guests at the front desk, processing check-in and check-out transactions, and resolving booking issues. This position requires flexibility, as it involves working overnight shifts from 11 PM to 7:30 AM on any day of the week for 2-3 days per week as part of a part-time schedule. Candidates must provide exceptional customer service and be capable of managing conflict situations, as the role involves being the overnight manager on duty.
