Job Description
Job Title: Part-Time Operations Specialists
Company: Shelter Association of Washtenaw County
Location: Ann Arbor, MI
Pay: $18.5 – 19.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18.50 to $19.50 for a Part-Time Operations Specialist in Ann Arbor, MI, appears to be fairly competitive, though it may be on the lower end depending on specific industry standards and experience levels. As of recent reports, the average pay for similar operations roles in Michigan typically ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, with variations based on the size of the company, specific job responsibilities, and the required skills. Additionally, considering the cost of living in Ann Arbor, which is higher than the national average, this rate may not fully meet the financial needs of many candidates. Overall, while the offered rate may attract entry-level candidates, it could limit appeal to more experienced professionals in the field.
