Job Title: Part Time Phlebotomist
Company: Labcorp
Location: Grand Blanc, MI
Pay:
AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the competitiveness of the hourly rate for a Part-Time Phlebotomist in Grand Blanc, MI, it’s important to consider the typical salary range for this role in the state and nationally. As of my last data in October 2023, phlebotomists in Michigan generally earn between $15 to $25 per hour, depending on their experience, the healthcare setting, and local demand. In Grand Blanc, which is part of the Flint metropolitan area, rates may slightly vary but are likely to fall within this range. Therefore, if the offered hourly rate is at or above $20, it would be considered competitive and in alignment with industry standards, while anything below $15 might be seen as less competitive given the current job market. Ultimately, individual assessment should consider local cost of living and specific job benefits associated with the role.
