Hocking Hills Lodge and Conference Center, situated within Hocking Hills State Park, is seeking dependable and courteous candidates for Dishwasher positions in our state-of-the-art kitchen. Job Summary:

  • Prepare cold food items such as salads, wraps, and desserts.
  • Prepare pizzas as needed.
  • Set up and dismantle the pantry area for scheduled meal periods.
  • Perform opening and closing duties during assigned shifts.
  • Prepare menu items in accordance with specified recipes and accommodate special requests from guests.
  • Complete a preparation list for the following day, following written instructions.
  • Maintain a clean work area throughout the shift and adhere to the cleaning checklist at the end of the shift.
  • Follow all sanitation protocols diligently.
  • Assist in food preparation for kitchen and banquet events as required.
  • Manage food waste and log temperatures of refrigerated storage areas.
  • Provide assistance to hot line cooks as necessary.
  • Wash dishes in the absence of a dishwasher.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned.

Pre-Requisites:

  • Minimum of 3 months of prior production experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proper food handling techniques.
