Job Title: Part Time Program Manager (Mayfield, OH)

Company: Right At School

Location: Mayfield, OH

Pay: $19 – 23 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $19 to $23 for a Part Time Program Manager role in Mayfield, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum, particularly in comparison to national averages for similar positions. Typically, Program Managers earn higher rates, often ranging from $25 to $45 per hour depending on experience and specific industry, with some roles in urban or economically vibrant areas even exceeding this range. In addition, given that Mayfield is part of the Greater Cleveland area, where the cost of living is relatively moderate but rising, the offered rate might not adequately reflect the skills and responsibilities expected of a Program Manager. Therefore, while this rate could attract entry-level candidates or those seeking flexibility, it may not be competitive enough to attract experienced professionals in the field.
