Job Description
Job Title: Part Time Program Manager (Sylvania, OH)
Company: Right At School
Location: Sylvania, OH
Pay: $19 – 23 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $19 – $23 for a Part-Time Program Manager position in Sylvania, OH, appears to be on the lower end compared to industry standards. Typically, program managers, even in entry-level or part-time roles, earn between $25 and $45 per hour depending on factors such as experience, specific industry, and regional cost of living. In Sylvania, which has a lower cost of living than larger cities, the proposed rate might be somewhat competitive, particularly for entry-level candidates or those seeking flexible part-time work. However, for experienced professionals or those with specialized skills, this rate might not be attractive, potentially leading to challenges in attracting qualified candidates.
