3 Openings for Part-Time Resident Aides
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for part-time Resident Aide positions, specifically for our second shifts (2:45 PM – 11:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
– Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
– A license is not required to join our assisted living team. We are willing to hire and train compassionate candidates who can successfully pass our state-mandated background checks.

The primary responsibility of the Resident Aide/Caregiver will be to provide personalized services to assigned residents or groups of residents, ensuring the implementation of their Personal Service Plans. It is essential to treat each resident with dignity and respect while supporting their independence to the greatest extent possible.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:
– Ensuring that residents receive the requisite daily care and services, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, toileting, dressing, eating, social engagement, and participation in activities.
– Facilitating residents’ participation in Life Enrichment Events by either leading or assisting with activities or helping residents attend events.
– Adhering to the resident service plan to determine the level of assistance and support required.
– Reporting any changes in residents’ conditions and needs as they arise.
– Performing light housekeeping duties, which may include bed making, changing linens, dusting, trash removal, and laundry.
– Utilizing safe and proper techniques for handling and storing cleaning chemicals and solutions, tools, and equipment.
– Practicing appropriate hygiene and sanitation protocols.
– Performing additional duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the living center.
Additional Job Details:
– Availability to work every other weekend and rotating holidays is required.
