The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement and interaction with all customers. This role embodies the principles of customer service excellence while ensuring a clean and organized store environment. The individual will adhere to all operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards, and may be cross-trained to support various areas of the store to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

– Model established customer service practices in interactions with both internal and external customers.
– Foster a positive store culture founded on honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Accurately process customer purchases and returns while ensuring correct change is provided in accordance with operating procedures.
– Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
– Uphold merchandising standards by accurately preparing and processing merchandise for the sales floor.
– Participate in store recovery activities throughout the day as needed.
– Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and assist in the overall cleanliness of the store.
– Welcome and provide constructive feedback and recognition to peers.
– Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
– Support initiatives aimed at reducing store shrink and participate in safety awareness efforts to maintain a secure environment.
– Undertake additional duties as assigned.
