AI Pay Analysis: To effectively analyze the hourly rate for a “Part Time Retail Shift Lead” in Almont, MI, it would be important to consider several factors such as local cost of living, industry norms, and the specific responsibilities associated with the position. Typically, part-time retail shift leads in Michigan earn between $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and the size of the retailer. In Almont, MI, which has a lower cost of living compared to larger cities, a competitive rate would likely fall closer to the lower to mid-range of this spectrum. If the offered rate aligns with this range or exceeds it, it can be considered competitive; if it is significantly lower, it may not attract quality candidates, particularly in a labor market where higher wages are increasingly common.
