AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a “Part Time Retail Shift Lead” in New Baltimore, MI, one would generally need specific figures for comparison. However, as of my last knowledge update in October 2023, the typical pay for similar roles in retail, such as shift leads or supervisors, often ranged from $15 to $22 per hour, depending on experience, company, and specific duties. To assess competitiveness, one would consider the local cost of living, prevailing wages in the area, and the responsibilities associated with the role. If the hourly rate falls within this range or slightly above, it is likely competitive for the region. It’s advisable to consult local job listings or salary databases to get the most accurate and current information for a proper comparison.
