  • Safety Standards Compliance: Maintain a safe workplace by consistently using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

  • Store Presentation: Ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing by restocking merchandise and keeping products in their designated areas according to merchandising standards.

  • Support for Vehicle Maintenance: Assist customers by diagnosing car issues and aiding in the installation of wiper blades, batteries, and light bulbs.

  • Effective Communication: Relay customer feedback and internal matters to management to enhance service delivery.

  • Skill Development in Customer Service: Engage in continuous improvement of your service capabilities.

  • Honest Product Recommendations: Acquire automotive knowledge to provide reliable advice on the best products suited for our customers.
