Job Summary:
As a team member at Journeys, you will play a vital role in providing an enjoyable and memorable shopping experience while supporting basic store operations and achieving both store and personal sales goals, as well as performance standards.

Essential Job Functions:
– Meet and exceed both store and personal sales goals and performance standards.
– Accurately perform all operational and loss prevention procedures in accordance with company policies.
– Maintain an organized store appearance and stockroom environment.
– Communicate store needs effectively to management.
– Stay informed about current fashion trends.
– Complete all required point-of-sale functions.
– Promptly fulfill all assigned tasks and responsibilities.

Job Requirements:
– Prior retail sales experience is preferred.
