### Job Summary
Your role will involve creating an enjoyable and memorable shopping experience for customers at Journeys while supporting essential store operations and striving to meet both store and personal sales objectives.

### Essential Job Functions
– Achieve and surpass sales targets and performance standards.
– Execute all operational and loss prevention procedures with precision, following established policies.
– Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment, including the stockroom.
– Communicate effectively with store management regarding needs and operational issues.
– Stay updated on current fashion trends.
– Carry out all required point-of-sale functions.
– Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely manner.
– Deliver a comprehensive and enjoyable service experience to all customers.
