In this role, you will help create a fun and unforgettable shopping experience at Journeys while assisting with essential store operations and striving to meet both store and personal sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Achieve and surpass personal and store sales goals while maintaining high performance standards
– Accurately execute all operational and loss prevention procedures in compliance with company policies
– Keep the store well-organized and visually appealing
– Effectively relay store needs and updates to management
– Stay updated on current fashion trends
– Complete point-of-sale functions as required
– Promptly carry out assigned tasks and responsibilities
– Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a delightful shopping experience
– Complete all mandated training programs

Qualifications:
– Previous retail sales experience is preferred
