In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional customer experience, evidenced by your proactive engagement and interaction with customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify established customer experience practices when engaging with both internal and external customers.
  • Foster a positive store culture by demonstrating honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, ensuring correct change is returned in line with established procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Uphold merchandising philosophy by following established procedures and standards for product presentation.
  • Efficiently process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company guidelines.
  • Participate in daily store recovery efforts as necessary.
  • Maintain organizational standards for cleanliness and recovery throughout the store.
  • Provide and receive constructive feedback and recognition.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Contribute to store shrink reduction initiatives and safety programs.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

This position offers a starting pay range of $12.48 to $12.98 per hour, with actual pay determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
