We are currently seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to serve at an industrial site in the Traverse City, Michigan area.

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the Security Officer include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all individuals encountered while on duty, including providing assistance with directions and general business inquiries.
  • Controlling access for patrons, visitors, and vendors, ensuring accurate logging of such entries.
  • Conducting hourly rounds and performing mobile device scans and checkpoints.
  • Monitoring security cameras and conducting patrols to deter theft and ensure a safe environment.
  • Maintaining clear and accurate logs pertaining to individuals or property, including packages.
  • Responding to incidents, including emergencies on the property, and documenting data on such incidents for building and Titan Security management.
  • Executing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Capable of meeting the physical essential functions of the job, which may include lifting over 50 pounds, completing foot patrols, navigating stairs, and working in various weather conditions.
  • Must be comfortable working at heights and using elevators.

Preferred Qualifications:
