Enhance the ALDI customer shopping experience in a collaborative team environment as an ALDI Cashier or Stocker. In this role, you will be actively involved in operating registers or other machinery, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Wage Increases: Year 2 – $18.00 | Year 3 – $18.50 | Year 4 – $18.50 | Year 5 – $19.50

Duties and Responsibilities:

Cashier Responsibilities:

Stocker Responsibilities:

  • Stock shelves and rotate products to ensure customers have access to fresh merchandise.

Physical Demands:
