Enhance the customer shopping experience at ALDI in a collaborative team environment as a Cashier or Stocker. Position Type: Part-Time

Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Wage Increases: Year 2 – $18.00 | Year 3 – $18.50 | Year 4 – $18.50 | Year 5 – $19.50

Duties and Responsibilities:

Cashier Responsibilities:

  • Participate in conducting store inventory counts in accordance with guidelines and monitor inventory for accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Stocker Responsibilities:

  • Stock shelves and properly rotate products to ensure fresh availability for customers.
  • Follow merchandising planograms to create well-organized displays.
  • Organize new inventory and manage the disposal of empty boxes.
  • Operate machinery while adhering to all safety procedures.

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and navigate throughout the store.
