Job Title: Part-Time Warehouse Operator I

Company: Blink Marketing Logistics

Location: Perrysburg, OH

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Part-Time Warehouse Operator I” in Perrysburg, OH, appears to be somewhat competitive but may be on the lower end of industry standards. According to various sources, such as the Bureau of Labor Statistics and local job market data, warehouse operators in Ohio typically earn between $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. While $15 aligns with entry-level positions, many employers are offering higher wages to attract talent, especially with the rising cost of living and competitive labor market conditions. Therefore, while the rate is acceptable for entry-level positions, it may not be enough to attract more experienced candidates or provide a living wage in the current economic climate.
