We are seeking a dedicated individual to maintain a clean and organized store environment with an emphasis on floor care. The responsibilities of this role include the operation of cleaning equipment such as scrubbers and buffers, as well as performing tasks such as dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning of glass and windows. Additionally, the candidate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while being cross-trained to support the business in various areas of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
– Exemplify established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
– Foster a positive store culture through values of honesty, integrity, and respect.
– Maintain cleanliness standards for all floor care tasks, including the proper use and maintenance of scrubbers and buffers.
– Uphold organizational and cleanliness standards across the entire store, including the Sales Floor, Single Queue, Associate Lounge, Backroom, and Restrooms.
– Comply with all company policies related to Health and Safety, including the replenishment of essential items in designated areas.
– Be cross-trained in multiple departments (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, etc.) to meet the operational needs of the store.
– Respond to Front End coverage requests and provide assistance as needed.
– Adhere to merchandising philosophies and signage standards.
– Engage in store recovery initiatives throughout the day as necessary.
– Follow all operational and loss prevention protocols in line with company policies to minimize shrinkage.
– Communicate effectively and accurately with management and team members.
– Comply with labor laws, including policies regarding Associate meal and break periods.
– Participate in safety awareness activities to maintain a secure environment.
– Execute other duties as assigned.
