Job Description
Job Title: Party Planning Manager
Company: Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace
Location: Livonia, MI
Pay: $19 – 21 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $19 to $21 for a Party Planning Manager in Livonia, MI, is generally below the national average for similar roles, particularly in metropolitan areas where the cost of living is a consideration. According to industry standards, event planners and managers typically earn between $25 and $40 per hour depending on experience and the complexity of the events managed, with higher salaries in larger markets. Given this context, the offered rate may be seen as uncompetitive, especially for candidates with substantial experience or in a market with rising wages and inflation. Therefore, to attract skilled applicants, it might be advisable for employers to consider adjusting the pay scale to align better with industry benchmarks.
