Job description:
The primary role of a Patient Access Representative is to serve as the essential link between our organization and our customers/patients. This position is responsible for delivering product education and addressing a diverse array of inquiries, all while ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
– Act as a liaison between our customer base and patients.
– Address routine customer requests regarding products or services through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online communication.
– Communicate with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, adhering to established protocol procedures.
– Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer needs to ensure a thorough understanding of the provided solutions.
– Offer supplementary customer education and information as required.
– Qualify and establish relationships with new inbound customers seeking our products and services.
