AI Pay Analysis: To effectively analyze the hourly rate for a “Patient Access Representative – Cardiology” in Lansing, MI, it is important to compare it with industry standards and the local market. As of my last training cut-off in October 2023, the typical hourly wage for such roles generally ranges from $15 to $24, depending on factors like experience, specific medical facility, and the complexity of cardiology services. If the offered rate falls within or above this range, it would be considered competitive; however, if it is below, it may not attract qualified candidates. Additionally, benefits, work environment, and opportunities for career advancement also play crucial roles in determining overall competitiveness beyond just the hourly rate.
