Job description:

The Patient Engagement Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing patient engagement across designated MVP practices. This position involves overseeing email marketing, social media management, video production, planning of continuing education events, and print media initiatives. The role is primarily remote, with approximately 10% travel required within Michigan.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Management:

  • Evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, provide updates, and devise strategies to enhance new patient growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop captivating content that exceeds standard imagery.
  • Coordinate with practice stakeholders to manage responses and follow-ups on Google My Business profiles.
  • Partner with an external marketing firm to optimize Google My Business interactions.

Campaign Management:

  • Bolster new patient acquisition by identifying community engagement and advertising opportunities with local businesses, including organizations like the Chamber of Commerce.
  • Design and distribute monthly patient-centric email campaigns for each practice to foster engagement and communication.
  • Oversee promotional campaigns related to assigned service lines and providers.
  • Regularly upload and manage new email lists via ConstantContact.

Social Media:

  • Engage with and respond to the social media audience.
  • Manage influencer and ambassador programs to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide graphic instructions and oversee social media content posting.

Design:

  • Create and produce marketing materials for clinics and providers, including business cards, bios, referral sheets, one-pagers, trifolds, and sales materials.
  • Develop templates and rebrand materials for practices requiring marketing support.

Provider and Vendor Management:

  • Organize annual Continuing Education (CE) events.
  • Submit shadow CE Management documentation to state authorities.
  • Cultivate vendor relationships, aiming to recruit sponsors to cover at least 85% of event costs.
  • Maintain RSVP lists and manage attendance payments.
  • Ensure all necessary pre- and post-event paperwork is submitted to grant proper continuing education credits.
  • Collect Continuing Education Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and regularly update and communicate common requests.
