Job Title: PATIENT SERVER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Wyoming, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Patient Server” role in Wyoming, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards for similar positions in healthcare and food service. Typically, patient servers, who may be involved in delivering meals and assisting patients with their dietary needs in healthcare settings, can expect wages ranging from $12 to $18 per hour, depending on experience and specific job requirements. While the $15 rate is potentially competitive for entry-level positions, it may not attract more experienced candidates nor reflect the living wage standards in Michigan, where the cost of living is gradually rising. Overall, the rate could benefit from adjustments to ensure it meets both industry expectations and attracts a qualified workforce.
