Job Title: PATIENT SERVER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Wyoming, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Patient Server” role in Wyoming, MI, is generally below industry standards and may not be competitive, especially considering the typical pay ranges for similar roles in healthcare and service sectors. According to data from job market resources, such positions often command higher wages, typically ranging from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. Additionally, factors such as cost of living increases and the demand for healthcare-related positions in the region further suggest that $15 per hour may not attract candidates effectively. Overall, this rate could be viewed as insufficient to draw qualified applicants in a competitive job market.
