Job Title: PATIENT SERVER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Company: Compass Group

Location: Wyoming, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Patient Server” role in Wyoming, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale when considering industry standards for similar positions in healthcare and service sectors. According to various salary data sources, the typical pay for roles in healthcare support, including patient services, can range from $15 to $20 per hour, with variations based on experience, specific responsibilities, and the employing healthcare facility. Given the cost of living in Michigan and the competitive job market, a rate of $15 may be less attractive to potential candidates, particularly those with experience or additional certifications. Overall, while this rate may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it could deter qualified applicants looking for more competitive wages.
