Job description:
When patients arrive at our outpatient physical therapy center in West Chester, we strive to provide them with an exceptional experience, beginning at the front desk. As a Patient Service Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing both the patient and operational aspects of our center. Your contributions will significantly influence each patient’s care experience, right from the moment they enter the waiting room.

Responsibilities:
– Greet and register patients, providing them with information about what to expect during their visit and details regarding their next appointment upon check-out.
– Schedule patient appointments in person and over the phone.
– Maintain regular communication with external parties, including law firms, insurance companies, translation services, operational leaders, and our business development team.
– Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and perform insurance authorizations and verifications.

Qualifications:
Minimum:
– High School Diploma or GED.
