Company: Select Medical

Location: West Chester, OH

Pay: $16.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.50 for a Patient Service Specialist in West Chester, OH, is slightly below the national average for similar positions, which typically range from $17 to $20 per hour depending on experience and specific employer factors. In the Ohio market, salaries can vary; however, many healthcare facilities offer competitive wages to attract talent. Additionally, factors such as benefits, job responsibilities, and work environment also contribute to overall compensation. Therefore, while $16.50 may be acceptable for entry-level positions or smaller practices, it may not be considered competitive for more experienced candidates or larger healthcare organizations in the area.
