Job Description
Job Title: Personal Aide
Company: ComForCare
Location: Westland, MI
Pay: $16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $16 for a Personal Aide in Westland, MI, is generally below the national average for similar roles, which typically range from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and specific duties. While entry-level positions or roles requiring minimal qualifications might be offered at lower rates, $16 may not attract experienced candidates given the rising cost of living and competitive job market in the area. In summary, this rate could be considered non-competitive and may require adjustment to align with industry standards and ensure the recruitment of qualified personnel.
