Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, including dressing, bathing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, meal preparation, vacuuming, and bed making
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Successful completion of a clean criminal background check
  • Reliable means of transportation, whether by car or public transit
  • Authorization to work legally in the United States
  • Three references required (two professional, one personal) at the time of application
  • Completion of pre-service Home Care Aide training is mandatory
  • Must exhibit reliability, courtesy, honesty, energy, and a caring disposition
