In this position, you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of protection and service to customers within a designated service area. Your journey will begin with extensive training that prepares you for all aspects of daily operations, including scheduling, diagnosing issues, and planning treatments. Key Responsibilities:

– Complete our comprehensive training program to gain the skills and knowledge needed to serve our customers effectively.

– Operate a company vehicle responsibly while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and equipment.

– Engage with customers empathetically to address their needs and recommend tailored solutions based on your expertise as an Orkin Professional.
– Meet with customers at their homes or businesses to communicate actions taken, secure satisfaction, and discuss additional pest management services.
– Conduct thorough inspections of the interior and exterior of customer properties—training will be provided.
– Document all service-related activities accurately and efficiently using a handheld device.

Minimum Qualifications:

– No prior experience is necessary; we will provide you with the training to succeed.
– A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
– A valid driver’s license is essential.
– Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (fully funded by the company).
