In accordance with our policies and standard operating procedures, this role involves performing automated pharmaceutical warehouse operations, including receiving and appropriately storing products, participating in the cycle count process, packing prescriptions, and preparing products for shipping. You will be responsible for maintaining a continuous and consistent workflow to meet daily production goals while upholding a 200% Safety Accountability standard for yourself and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload products from trucks, and receive and store incoming supplies.
• Verify documentation against received items from the Distribution Center.
• Navigate computer-generated screens to locate merchandise on labeled shelves, confirming the size and strength of the product prior to storage.
• Process orders for shipping, ensuring correct totes are assigned to appropriate hubs and that tote closeouts are accurate.
• Prepare paperwork for prescriptions to facilitate proper shipping according to SOP requirements.
• Sort orders by store location and organize them in totes for shipment.
• Categorize products by lot numbers and expiration dates.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the production area by performing general housekeeping duties such as dusting, mopping floors, and operating floor scrubbers.
• Conduct outdoor sanitation tasks, such as trash pick-up (excluding snow removal or de-icing of walkways).
• Assist maintenance personnel with cleaning tasks, including photo eyes, conveyor belts, and machinery.
• Address spills in the production area as necessary.
• Execute sorter activities.
• Operate auto bagging equipment.
• Prepare ice packs for utilization.
• Load outbound pallets of freight.
• Assemble shelving or other building fixtures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with CRT/PC systems is a plus.
• Experience in general janitorial tasks.
• Preferred background in retail or warehouse environments.
• Experience with powered cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers or buffers is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret computer-generated screens.
• Strong communication skills.
