Job description:

Provides pharmacy consulting services with compassion, guiding patients on the effective use of medications and addressing potential drug interactions. This role encompasses management of the pharmacy department operations, ensuring efficient workflow, continuous quality improvement, compliance with both internal and external regulations, oversight of pharmacy sales, expense control, and inventory management, all while maintaining a positive departmental image through precise prescription filling and fostering high-quality patient service that includes collaboration with healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and payer partners.

Patient Experience

• Guarantees that department personnel deliver exceptional service, characterized by courteous and informative interactions that contribute to a memorable and pleasant patient experience. Operations
