Job description:
Provides compassionate pharmacy consulting services to patients, focusing on the effective use of medications and awareness of drug interactions. Delivers preventive and clinical healthcare services, such as immunizations, diagnostic testing, and patient outcome management. Ensures the accurate compounding, reviewing, dispensing, and verification of prescribed medications in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company policies. Optimizes pharmacy workflow, enhances financial outcomes, manages inventory effectively, and improves the overall patient experience. Oversees pharmacy staff performance and engagement, facilitating their professional development through targeted training, coaching, and formal performance management initiatives.

Partners with the Store Manager in hiring pharmacy staff, overseeing disciplinary actions, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Establishes performance expectations and fosters teamwork, recognizing staff achievements through reward initiatives. Monitors and manages employee morale through regular communication and conflict resolution.
