Pay: $22.5 – 31 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $22.50 to $31 for a Pharmacy Operations Manager in Lincoln Park, MI, appears to be on the lower end compared to industry standards. According to various salary databases, the typical salary for Pharmacy Operations Managers in Michigan generally ranges from approximately $30 to $45 per hour, depending on factors like experience, education, and specific employer. Given the responsibilities typically associated with this role, including overseeing pharmacy operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations, the offered rate may not be competitive for attracting qualified candidates.
