AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $22.50 to $31 for a Pharmacy Operations Manager in Livonia, MI, is relatively low compared to industry standards for this role, which typically ranges from $30 to $50 per hour depending on experience, company size, and specific responsibilities. In Michigan, a Pharmacy Operations Manager usually requires a mix of pharmacy experience and managerial skills, warranting a higher compensation due to the complexities of the position, including oversight of pharmacy operations, compliance with regulations, and staff management.
