Job Description
Job Title: Phlebotomist I
Company: Quest Diagnostics
Location: Wadsworth, OH
Pay: $17.58 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17.58 for the role of “Phlebotomist I” in Wadsworth, OH, is slightly below the national average for phlebotomists, which typically ranges from $18 to $23 per hour, depending on experience, certification, and location. In Ohio, the average hourly wage tends to be around $17 to $20, placing this rate at the lower end of the spectrum. Additionally, factors such as cost of living and local demand for healthcare services can affect competitiveness; while it may be reasonable for entry-level positions, it may not sufficiently attract more experienced professionals. Overall, while it aligns with some local rates, it may be less competitive to draw in qualified talent in a market with fluctuating demand.
