We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist who is dedicated to maintaining our high standards of patient care through one-on-one treatment while fostering a welcoming and collaborative environment. You will work closely with the following support professionals:

• Education Director: Provides educational opportunities, CEU courses, clinical instructor opportunities, and mentorship.
• Front Office Coordinator: Oversees the front desk, patient appointments, and new patient registrations.
• Technician-Aides: Assist therapists with patient care and related needs under supervision.
• Corporate Billing Department: Manages patient insurance verifications and billing processes.
• Marketing Department: Develops marketing materials and manages the clinic’s corporate social media presence and advertising.
• Business Development Team: Drives and manages referrals to the clinic.

We are looking for a therapist who embodies the Doctors of Physical Therapy vision by delivering outcomes through evidence-based practice and literature-supported treatments that maximize patient service, quality care, and clinical efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial physical therapy evaluations in accordance with APTA standards.
• Develop a detailed plan of care for each patient based on evaluation findings.
• Understand insurance reimbursement standards and create clinically superior patient programs for enhanced success.
• Demonstrate consistent compliance excellence, including the development of patient goals, implementation of care plans, and provision of comprehensive therapy treatments to improve patient well-being and restore functionality.
• Regularly communicate patient progress to referring physicians and other involved professionals.
• Create and document home exercise plans to enhance the effectiveness of therapy.
• Plan and execute patient discharge.
• Maintain current knowledge of physical therapy practices through ongoing education and workshops.
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, insurance companies, third-party payers, and case managers.
