Job Title: Physical Therapist

Company: HealthMed Pro Solutions

Location: Dayton, OH

Pay: $48 – 52 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $48 to $52 for a Physical Therapist in Dayton, OH, is somewhat competitive but sits at the lower end of the typical range for this role. According to various salary databases and industry reports as of 2023, physical therapists in Ohio generally earn between $30 and $60 per hour, with the median hourly wage around $35 to $40. However, in urban areas like Dayton, rates may be influenced by factors such as experience, facility type, and demand. While the proposed rate is reasonable for entry-level positions, more experienced therapists or those with specialized skills might expect higher compensation, suggesting that while this pay is acceptable, it may not fully align with the potential earning capacity of the profession within the region.
