The Physical Therapy Technician plays a crucial role in the success of Team Rehabilitation. The primary responsibilities include ensuring patients receive the necessary support to achieve their recovery goals and enhance their overall well-being. Key responsibilities include:

– Assisting in delivering high-quality treatment by welcoming and comforting patients for their therapy sessions.

– Maintaining open communication with patients, physicians, and other staff involved in the patient’s care, including necessary follow-ups.
– Fostering a pleasant and professional rapport with patients and colleagues.
– Keeping treatment areas clean, organized, and ensuring all equipment is sanitized after use.
– Adhering to all established procedures, rules, and regulations.
– Maintaining an adequate level of productivity and recording any patient progress for the Physical Therapist.

The Physical Therapy Technician reports directly to the clinic director and is expected to perform additional tasks as assigned.
