Job Title: Pipeline Service Manager

Company: Morgan Properties

Location: Clinton Township, MI

Pay: $28 – 33 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $28 to $33 for a Pipeline Service Manager in Clinton Township, MI, falls on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to national averages for similar roles, which typically range from $35 to $55 per hour depending on experience, specific industry, and local market conditions. In particular, factors such as the demand for skilled managers in the pipeline or energy sectors, regional cost of living, and the complexity of the job responsibilities can influence wage competitiveness. Thus, while this rate may attract candidates in entry-level to mid-level positions, it may not be compelling enough to attract highly experienced professionals in a competitive job market.
