POSITION SUMMARY:
The Players Club Clerk plays a vital role in enhancing the customer experience at our Casino by welcoming patrons and actively promoting, enrolling, and communicating the benefits of the Player’s Club Program. Reporting to the Players Club Supervisor or Shift Manager/Director of Player Development, this position demands a commitment to delivering attentive, cheerful, and professional service to all customers, both internal and external. The Clerk continuously strives to exceed customer expectations and provide exemplary service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (includes, but is not limited to, the following)
– Accurately inputs and updates player information daily in the player-tracking computer database.
– Distributes coupons, packages, and Kewadin Credits to hotel guests, bus groups, and Casino patrons/customers.
– Facilitates the daily operations of weekly promotions, which includes conducting random player selections, announcing winners’ names, distributing prizes, and managing overall promotion logistics.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (includes, but is not limited to, the following)
– Ensures compliance with all Company and departmental policies and procedures.
– Attends mandatory meetings and training sessions.
– Remains well-informed and provides customers with the latest updates on Casino-wide promotions and entertainment offerings.
– Performs any other job-related duties as assigned.

CONTACTS:
Interacts with immediate peers, colleagues in other departments, immediate supervisors/managers, management personnel from other departments, and customers.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The position is primarily sedentary, involving sitting and lifting a maximum of 10 pounds. Physical factors include constant typing; frequent standing, sitting, near vision usage, and hearing, with occasional walking. The working environment involves regular exposure to noise, air quality variations, and dim lighting. Potential hazards include frequent client interaction and risk of infectious exposure.

REQUIREMENTS:

– Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
– Excellent communication skills are essential, with the ability to convey information clearly, both in person, in writing, and via telephone and email.
– Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
– Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with supervisory staff, coworkers, and the public is essential.
– Willingness to work extended hours as needed.
– Preference will be given to Native American applicants.
